The team consists of 10 members of staff.
- Cathie, the Manager, is a qualified Early Years Teacher and has a degree in Education. She is also the SENDCo and is Portage trained.
- Lara is the Butterfly Room Lead and our Deputy Manager. Lara is qualified to Level 3 and is also SEND trained and Portage trained.
- Faith is the Ladybird Room Lead and has a degree in Early Childhood Studies.
- Debbie, Charley, Julie, Kerri and Mollie are our qualified practitioners all have lots of experience working in Early Years.
- Rachael and Josie are our preschool assistants. They are not qualified in early years but they have an abundance of patience and care for all of the children.
We are all trained in Safeguarding children and we are all Paediatric First Aiders.
